Suggestions will range from painting and carpet cleaning to yard work. We will happily provide names of trusted tradesman, arrange for estimates as well as schedule and oversee the work. - An oversized postcard with large images will be mailed to a select demographic.
- Personal follow-up after each showing will provide feedback we can use to gauge the impressions of the marketplace.
- Since the market is ever-changing, we will keep you abreast of changing market conditions, such as other competing homes on the market, always maintaining a proactive position.
- Once an offer is presented, you will be counseled on the terms of the offer along with response recommendations.
